Yeah it gets a little repetitive after a while.

Sorry I haven't updated in a while, I've been screwing around with myspace lately, everyone else is there. I can't seem to motivate myself to use xanga and myspace, I'll try though, just for all the true xangans out there.

As for that last post, it seems that even with my new smile, I'm still single. Now whats up with that?! Haha. Homecoming was pretty awesome, me and Nick went to Hooters before the dance. I was surprised how many people from Byron Center actually go there...some with their dates..haha.

It was on this very day, 17 years ago, at 2:07 in the afternoon Benjamin Tyler Schmitt came into this world and started terrorizing neighborhoods everywhere.

It's my birfday and you should all wish me a happy birthday because it'll make me feel special.

So, I guess I'll update this thing.

I've been hanging out with Emily, Danielle, and Nick quite a bit. They were all over at my place hanging out last night. Emily had to go home early, but the rest of us went to Blockbuster and rented The Hills Have Eyes. I'll admit that there were some parts where I was pretty scared. After that, we went out and walked the trails in the woods, then I had to bring everyone home.

So I really have to give Jake Holst a call to see if he can hook me up with some new speakers and such for my car. Might be a little while though, I need some more cash.

For all you people that don't understand cars and such, disregard the next two paragraphs.

On Saturday I was driving around, and my car started smoking from under the hood. So I got it home and waited for it to cool down. Apparently I there was a loose transmission fluid line and it was spraying in the engine and burning up. So I tightened it up, and its still smoking a little bit, but I'm assuming thats from the extra fluid still sprayed around in there.

Last Sunday I went up to my cottage and I was out hitting some waves on the jet ski when it starting filling up with water like crazy. I just barely got it back to put it on the lift. After I had drained all the water out, I took a look at it and found out that I blew and engine coolant line and it was spraying water all over inside the engine. I got it fixed though, so it's all good.

So I guess I'm going to the mall today, apparently my brother wants to go there for some reason. Anybody else want to go?

So....I would update more, but I don't usually have anything to say.

Thursday was pretty sweet. Nick and I went to Michigans Adventure. We rode basically all the good rides there and spent a ton of time in the water park. Nick lost his cell phone on Shivering Timbers. When he realized that he lost it, we went back to the ride and found the chick running the ride talking to Nick's sister on his phone. Later when Nick looked at his contacts list, he found that Amanda (the girl running the ride) had put her number in his phone. Too bad Nick was being a pansy and was too afraid to call it. haha.

Nick spent the night at my place on Thursday and we pretty much were up the entire night. It's surprising how many people are still signed on AIM at 3:30 in the morning. Friday we basically did nothing but randomly drive around. At one point we went to Hudsonville to find the girl that Nick supposedly went out with in 8th grade. Nick said he knew exactly where her house was, but we ended up driving around for about an hour until he realized that the chicks house was taken down when M6 was built.

I had to work both Friday and Saturday nights, nothing out of the ordinary there.

Sunday morning I drove up to our cottage to chill for the day. Went tubing with my little brother until he was too tired to climb back on the tube. Tried to go kneeboarding for a while, but it ended up being way too rough out and now I'm crazy sore today. When we went to go take the boat out, the kneeboard must've flown out of the boat. It was sitting in the very back of the boat so nobody noticed when it flew out. We didn't end up finding it, so theres $200 gone.

Nothing much is going on today, just finished putting another coat of paint on my rocker panels. Might go over and chill at Nick's place for a while. Anybody want to do anything this week?

Okay, so I'm starting to run out of ideas for Random Questions, so I guess I'll just start putting random thoughts that come to mind.

So, I've found the books I have to read for AP Lit to be incredibly boring. I really should start reading more though, I'm not even halfway through the second book.

For everyone who's going, I hope you have fun at TEC 25. Unfortunately, I won't be there. I'll probably be hanging out on a lake up north all weekend, that is if it doesn't rain.

Last Saturday I went to the fireworks with Nick and my little brother. After we got there my brother's friend left his bike by my car, so I thought I would take it for a little ride around the parking lot. Of course, being the idiot that I am, I failed to realize that the bike had no brakes. So I ended up just about running into the front of a truck.

So I went to the beach with Nick last Monday. I never thought it would be as hard as it was to find Tunnel Park. We spent like a half hour just driving around downtown Holland to just find a road that was actually on a map. Once we finally got there, it was pretty sweet. About 4 foot waves made it real fun. Of course, being the idiot that I am, I didn't bring any sunscreen so I got burnt.

So today I went to Big Boy for breakfast, and after everyone was done, I decided that I would take a little trip over to Best Buy. I ended up buying a new deck for my car. It wasn't necessarily cheap, but it sounds a ton better than it did. Maybe I'll put some pictures up later.

Random Question of the Day: If someone were to really have everything in the world, where would they put all of it?

So, I guess I'm overdue for an update. I would've updated earlier, but our cable had been out since Sunday.

I might head over to Mickey Shorr's sometime this afternoon to get a new deck for my car. They have a sale going this week to where if you buy a deck, you get a pair of speakers for free. I can't stand just listening to the radio in the car.

Speaking of the car, I finally took some pictures of it. I took the pictures in the dark, so they're not the greatest, but oh well.

Last weekend I was at my cottage riding my sea doo when I got a bunch of weeds in the impeller. So I take it to shore where I can reach under it and take all the weeds out. When I tried to start it back up afterwords, it wouldn't even turn over. So after a while I got some guy to stop on a boat and pull me back to my cottage. And I swear, this guy had about 3 teeth and about 5 tattoos. Like I said in my last post, most people up there have more tattoos than they do teeth, and this is a perfect example.

I went over to Tanya's house yesterday, that was pretty sweet. We went swimming, took the Kawasaki out, and pretty much just hung out around the house. But yeah, I kind of forgot to bring my suit, so I had to swim in my shorts. Hopefully they don't fade too much because of the chemicals.

So you all still have to join my blogring against Myspace.

Updation.

So the 4th of July has come and gone, for me it was pretty much like all the other ones. I spent the weekend up at my cottage. It was pretty fun.

I went over to mike's house on the first day and we ended up flipping his sea doo all the way over. That was a ton of fun trying to get it right side up again. For the rest of the weekend, I pretty much hung out with dan and went tubing, jet skiing, swimming, boating, and the like. The fireworks this year were actually pretty good. The show was like 20 min long. Thats pretty good when you consider how much of a little hick town Croton is.

For all you people who hate living in Byron Center, try living for a while in Croton, then you'll know what a real hick town is. The biggest store there is a grocery store about a quarter of the size of Family Fare. Most people who live there have more tattoos than they do teeth. Its not uncommon to see someone smoking a cigarette while they fill up their car with gas.

So now on to bigger and better things. I bought a car today. It's a 1993 Chevy Corsica. It's not a whole lot to look at, but it was cheap. Now I actually have something to drive. Hopefully I won't be driving it for too long, as I plan on just using it until I ca afford something better.

Thats pretty much what it looks like. It's not an actual picture because I haven't gone and picked it up yet. But like I said, it's not much to look at.
